SCO hot-air oven

Industrial ovens are high-temperature equipment; misuse can cause unnecessary losses, including the following accidents:

1. Personnel safety: industrial ovens are high-temp; some materials must not be baked - explosion risk.

2. Product damage: set temperature, heating and medium to the load so scrap is reduced.

So what must be noted for industrial ovens?

1. Read the manual carefully before use.

2. Place the industrial oven on a dry, level surface at least 0.5 m from surrounding objects.

3. Power wiring must be three-phase five-wire: three yellow live, blue neutral, striped yellow earth.

4. Before powering on, check the panel supply matches the equipment ratings.

5. Switch on power then fan; motor must run counter-clockwise; if not, swap phases.

6. Never immerse power cord, plug or oven in conductive liquid - risk of shock.

7. Surfaces may be very hot in operation - do not touch casually.

8. Non-technicians must not change controller or timer parameters.

9. Industrial ovens are high-temperature heaters - never bake flammable/explosive items or sealed containers!

10. Place nothing on the oven; do not cover or block vents.

11. Do not use near flammables or heat sources.

12. When idle, turn heating, fan and power switches off; keep chamber and exterior clean.
