Project name: Fully automatic in-line anaerobic semiconductor die-bond furnace
Entrant: Hubei Xinhai Industrial Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
Project brief: a major upgrade to semiconductor die-bonding - (1) throughput at least 3x prior; (2) robots replace manual load/unload and door open/close for smarter, better quality; (3) innovative conveying saves labour and floorspace - cutting cost and raising competitiveness.
Result: Li Fangfang, representing Hubei Xinhai Industrial Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., won third place in the competition.
