SCO-12-16tunnel
A tunnel carbon-tube oxidation furnace, mainly for heat oxidation of aircraft-engine cylinder heat shields, was installed, commissioned and delivered to a Changsha customer in May 2023.
The complete machine uses a horizontal tunnel layout: infeed, hot-air drying and outfeed zones; overall length 18000mm.
Machine zones:
1. The chamber has 7 heating zones.
2. Probe location: control the outlet-air temperature; uniformity is the temperature at points along the horizontal direction.
